Based in the conservation village of Cromarty, we work within a large geographical area, anywhere throughout Inverness-shire and Ross-shire.
An exisiting croft in a beautiful location, the plan was to underpinn extensively and add extensions to both ends of the building. Complicated gradiants and stabilisation of the initial underpinning were challanges, but once complete the scale of the build is clear. This 'B' Listed house stood derelict since the interior and roof were destroyed by fire in the early 1980s.
The shell of the building was transformed into a modern house with all it's home comforts, while still retaining it's original character. The results can be well worth the effort.
