Fantastic Plumber and Team - kept us well informed throughout, work was sorted quickly and very thoroughly. New boiler installed, all pipe work sorted and they even took away all the old gubbins that needed to be removed. Will definitely use again on any plumbing / heating work needed. Highly recommended.

I needed a bath replaced with a shower following my husband's stroke. It was difficult to find contractors available in these strange times. I am in the Scottish Borders and his business is in Berwick. He came to see what was needed and got the job done. He brought two young men to do the job and they were great. Always cleaned up and got on with things. Mark fitted us in because of our situation and we really appreciate it. Would highly recommend this company. It's made a difference to us.

Mark provides a proffesional and friendly service. He responded to my problem quickly and although he had only initially called round to look at the leak, he then went on to fix it the same day. It was a Friday afternoon and I was very happy to get such a fast response and good result. I will definitely recommend Mark to others.

I called on a Friday night and Mark messaged straight back and arranged to come out the next day.
However due to a positive covid test in my house, Mark was unable to come into my house. Therefore he suggested FaceTime. This was very helpful as Mark talked me through each stage and we were able to get my hot water and heating back on. Mark was very professional, helpful, patient (with a woman with no knowledge!) and was able to complete a job. So grateful for his quick response and would highly recommend him. Thank you again Mark.
