Our principal is Neil Atkinson BSc (Hons) MRICS. Neil gained an Honours Degree in Estate Management at The University of the South Bank, and qualified as a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1986.
His grounding in property investment was acquired whilst working within the Property Department of an Asset Management Company in the City, subsequent to which he spent 4 successful years within the Investment Department of a major West End Commercial Property Agency.He established Neil Atkinson & Company in 1991 and has been based in Taunton or Bristol since that date.

Services
CLR owned 181 acres on the fringes of the town, the majority of which had resolution to grant planning consent for a major mixed-use scheme. The Company was sold to Taylor Wimpey on behalf of the shareholders. A distribution/warehouse building of 26,500 sq ft/2,460 sq m purchased on behalf of private investor clients for 1.05m with 3 years remaining on the lease.
