.The fella that served me purposely over estimated on the wood floor and then wouldn't take the extra back. They never returned my calls either.
Placed one order but then told us that its not in stock and makes us pay extra for more expensive stuff.
The fitter that was sent out did an excellent job and was on time. The wood floor was of a high quality too.

Terrible after service...I had carpet and Lino fitted was told the Lino needed to have the room brushed out and clean which I did the weekend before fitting and intended to do again the night before however whilst I was at work they arranged with my dad to come 3 days earlier therefore how can I clean the floor a second time whilst I didn’t know anything. When I can Home the Lino didn’t have enough glue and was lifting and bubbling.... the fitter came back out and put more glue and now there are rips in the Lino in a few places which I took pictures of and sent to the owner.
