Fire alarm fitted for one of my buildings, was impressed by the professionalism of the engineer they were very punctual and worked non stop.

After weeks of researching cctv equipment and multiple quotes I decided to go with shield the surveyor was so knowledgeable and gave us great advice that was our reason for choosing shield. Whilst my initial views of Shield have been positive. There are keen to initiate business but unfortunately in multiple cases do not complete their work. The CCTV installation was great and picture quality has been good comparative to my previous CCTV system. What is clearly lacking is the post installation support and completion of work as promised.. In my case exporting the files to USB is not working and is a critical requirement. Left multiple messages and have not returned call. Outstanding work in other work too where CCTV installation has not been done in my surgery.
