Price was okay and rep was helpful on initial visit. Didn't hear form them for weeks after confirming order, had to chase them up to pay a deposit. When the blinds were fitted they were not what we original specified to rep, who hadn't come back to previous messages and phone calls claiming he hadn't got out number even though he'd text back numerous times before. Rip in one of the blinds they have fitted which we have been told will be replaced - only reason its not 1 star.
No help when trying to resolve any issues and nightmare to get hold of.

The initial quote and measure up was carried out by Glynn on 7 Dec followed by my choice of Venetian Blinds being fitted today 21.Dec by Lon.
The whole process from ordering to the final fitting was excellent and the Blinds look great.
I will be ordering again for other rooms and would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone who might be looking for a Professional Organization who are able to offer a brilliant service with a competitively priced quality product.

Had a really good experience with Ollie who came out to measure. I was happy with the price so paid half up front as agreed, the rest was due when fitted. I got this in writing. Then two days before the fitting someone called me asking for me to pay in full, so I explained that the rest was due when completed. I was greeted with a tirade of abuse from an unprofessional woman over the phone telling me I had to pay or I’d lose my deposit and the blinds. She said they’d implemented a new policy since I’d purchased my blinds and I had to pay before the fitting, she said you wouldn’t expect
