Established in 1998, we at Christopher Hoare Tree Services are qualified and fully insured to carry out all aspects of tree and fencing work. Our friendly, professional team of experienced tree surgeons can undertake all aspects of tree care, catering for any requirement, large or small, domestic or commercial.
There are normally a number of valid reasons to fell a tree. Either the tree is diseased, dead or has become dangerous and needs to be removed entirely. Sometimes trees need to be removed to make way for new developments. If space permits this can be accomplished by directional felling. When there is not sufficient space to fell a tree intact, we carry out a controlled 'sectional fell' where the tree is dismantled in sections from the top down.

Our extensive client base has included the Forestry Commission, Exbury Garden Steam Railway & Estate, CAPITA, Scottish & Southern Energy Plc and many more! CHTS is now proud to offer a dedicated Consultancy service which caters to both the Domestic and Corporate sectors.
At CHTS, to facilitate stump removal we use a range of stump grinders for Domestic and Commercial use which are able to mechanically grind down the main root leaving just sawdust which is then used to back fill the hole created (unless specified otherwise). Able to grind the stump down to 12 inches below ground level this is the perfect option should you want to relay turf.
Here at CHTS we pride ourselves in our attention to detail, our hedge cutting service is provided with this in mind. We can sculpt hedges in to a range of shapes & styles including straight lined formal hedging, flowing informal hedging and cloud pruning (Niwaki). We are a conscientious company which aims to minimise its overall impact on nature whilst carrying out all aspects of its operations.

We used Christopher Hoare Tree Services to trim our laurel hedge and copper beech hedges. Jack, Scott and Billy turned up on time after giving me a quick phone call to say they were on their way. They worked really hard all day, despite the pouring rain. The hedges look fantastic. The guys were professional and kept the garden tidy and avoided treading on the plants. They cleared away all the debris and took it away.. I would thoroughly recommend these guys. They were polite at all times and nice to have around. They were cheerful all day and seemed to be happy and took pride in their work.
