Our parents had their double glazing here years ago. Recently decided to find out where the draughts were coming from. We took wooden/upvc strip off and 4 inch gap wide all around the windows. No filler. No draughtproofing or weatherproofing. We could see the light coming. The nails never reached the walls to secure. Large gaps on all doors. Sills glued in 2 small drops, therefore air coning in under the upvc internal sills.

Had front door and French doors fitted, great price doors dropped after a couple of weeks but they did come out and fix. Thought it was great service until recently. Front door wouldn't close as it had dropped and massive gap appeared on French doors, I have rang the company about 10 times and was told by the receptionist she cant book repair appointments manager will be in touch but has never happened, I even offered to pay for repairs even tho there still under warranty. I was going to have this company do my conservertary but going to go elsewhere now as customer after care is very poor unfortunately
