JLG just finished my Warm Roof Conservatory.. big shout to John, Paul & Billy for a fabulous result! Took longer than expected due to COVID-19 delays, but well worth the wait. Excellent job, very professional, great craftsmenship.. extraordinary value for money, Try obtaining three separate quotes, nothing comes close to JLG for great value.

After a phone call and photos sent to them of the job i wanted doing i heard nothing, over a week later i re messaged and no reply. Its been 6 weeks now since i 1st got in touch and still not got the decency to reply. Not a reliable company, if your busy then just say dont ignore potential customers.

Asked for a conservatory quotation, came out to measure and never heard from them again. Tried all methods of contact, email, phone, text etc and myself and husband were totally ignored. Unsure how they get any business. If you dont want to take a job just be honest. Absolutely shocking service. Has now lost building a conservatory, all new windows and a porch!!!!

What great work, we are very pleased with the whole team and my new conservatory is fantastic, great quality and an excellent finish to all work - high standards and really nice blokes - I have not taken any pics since it was plastered and completely finished but its perfect
The team travelled to Runcorn to complete my build and arrived on time every time - I would highly recommend JLG Windows if you are thinking of having any work done - I founnd them on Ebay and messaged John for further information

I had these round mine to give me a quote which I thought reasonable and the fella seemed nice. I messaged back and agreed what I needed and just got ignored. It seems they like to waste my time as well as theirs. Just to add I have just seen your reply and I agree you must be busy in these times. Too busy to get back to me in over a week it seems but able within 24 hours to reply to this review 🤦

I simply want to say thank to John Paul & Steve... (both of them) for the superb build of my summer house / conservatory.
The team have been brilliant from beginning to end. They were willing to travel from Rochdale to North Wales after I saw their advert on ebay.
I would highly recommend this company.. The finish touches were so appreciated. Finally a quick mention to Bob the plasterer (part of the same team). Thank you for doing such a fantastic job.. The internal walls look great. 😁
