I called Matthew from a Google listing and asked him to help me obtain planning permission on my listed flat in a conservation area - not an easy task.
From the outset Matthew was very friendly, transparent with his fee structure and kept to all appointments. He dealt with the planning and conservation officers and offered practical solutions to get around issues that were brought up.
Matthew is very easy to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
