Tasks carried out on domestic flat roofs are generally roof replacements or partial repairs due to cracking or stone damage. Felt patching a flat roof is not always economical and once a flat roof begins to break down the water damage and damage to the felt membrane is mostly past the patching stage however, Ernie Mew & Sons Limited will advise you on the constraints and offer cost options on partial repair up to and including a full replacement.
