As a fan of exposed brick and wiring I was ecstatic to see the results of the Keith Gunn engineers work. They even left the smashed bathroom tiles in a convenient location for any arts and crafts projects I might want to undertake!
My only complaint is that the wires could have been left more exposed so I could feel the warm current on my skin as I shower 😢

These guys were contacts, having been let down by one electrician, and no call back from another to fix a light fixture broken by an accidental punching (yes that can happen).
Explained situation on phone, and was given appointment for the day after the next, which is impressive considering trade folk are busier than bunnies in Spring nowadays.
Chap turned up on time, fixed the socket and replaced the bulb, and furthermore offered to change others on my property if needed . This offer was much appreciated, as I am legally blind with balance issues, so extra kudos added.

Really professional and efficient service, with all work completed to a very high standard. I got a consumer unit replaced. This whole service from booking to payment was effortless. Booked online which showed date and price of the job. Engineer turned up on agreed date and did a fantastic job, was respectful of space with a young infant and answered all questions and concerns I had about the job. All invoices, receipts and certificates sent to me a few days later. Great service for the customer would highly recommend.

The team from Keith Gunn electrical were outstanding. Fitted new cables for an induction hob and moved two sockets for me. I live in a tenement flat and the discovered horrors under the floor, which they also carefully rectified.
I would not hesitate to use there services again. Honest, on time, worked hard and were a pleasure doing business with.

Don't work for them they will let you do the work then not pay. even got bumped for materials They will however charge you over the odds for there work very unprofessional specially when I live only a few doors away from the founder. The two directors who were in the shop could not make up there minds what they wanted . They wasted my time my… joiners time who I had to pay this left me out of pocket but that's ok. Lesson learnt. Simon vickers has a lot to learn about man management and how to treat people. They have done work for clients of mine as well and had to return to fix work they
