We specialise in domestic gas installations, central heating repairs & boiler repairs, heating upgrades and boiler installation. We work to the highest standard throughout London, from our Bromley office. We also repair gas cookers, hobs, multi point water heaters, mega flos, un-vented cylinders, gas fires and warm air units.
Other plumbing services include landlords' inspections (landlords' certificates), gas appliance servicing, maintenance contracts, emergency gas/water leaks and general plumbing.

We are a field based Gas Safe (formerly corgi) registered heating repairs company with operations throughout London. We specialise in the repair, maintenance and service of gas fired boilers and heating systems. We provide home heating & hot water solutions on behalf of our parent company Centrona Ltd.
We know just how difficult it can be trying to find a genuine tradesperson or business you can trust in your home. We also realise how difficult it can be trying to find a company that will actually turn up to the appointments they've booked. This is why we've invested thousands in our own infrastructure, systems, procedures and technology to be able to meet your demands efficiently when you need us the most.
A Gas Safe (formerly Corgi) registered operative is deemed safe to work on gas fittings in the UK. Unfortunately things aren't as simple to assume even a Gas Safe operative by default has the relevant skills, experience and knowledge to be able to deal with complex boiler breakdowns or install a heating system to a standard you can only expect from specialists.

Our proficiencies include inspections, repairs and upgrades of industrial and residential boilers. We select only the parts necessary for replacement while ensuring the most complete solution for long term benefits is quoted for and then implemented, only on prior approval from our clients.
Simplified - Our Per Visit Repair is a great way of understanding exactly how much you'll need before we turn up to repair your heating system, boiler or gas appliance. There is no call out fee, no spiraling hourly rates and no risk of the engineer taking the 'scenic route'. All you pay is a fixed price per each visit plus parts, eliminating the potential for a job to financially spiral out of control.

Centrona Gas delivered an exceptional boiler service. Rachel's communication was prompt and efficient, and the engineer was both professional and friendly. Although we encountered a minor issue after the service, they promptly returned the following day and resolved it quickly. I highly recommend their services!

Truly outstanding company!
Truly outstanding company! They make sure to notify me when my boiler service is due, schedule the appointment quickly, and send a text when the engineer is on his way. Punctual as always, and is incredibly friendly and professional. The service certificate arrives almost immediately after the engineer leaves. I’ve had a contract with Centrona for 7 years and the monthly cost of the contract has only increased once in all that time, so it’s easy for budgeting. Highly recommend!

I've been using Centrona gas for years and they are excellent, would absolutely recommend. They are reliable, efficient, and really helpful; mostly I've used them for regular services but on a few occasions have had some issues/problems which they've managed to fix quickly and efficiently. Big thanks as well to Paul who is our regular engineer and is a really lovely and helpful man!

Centrona Gas installed our new boiler in 2015 and have been doing an annual boiler service ever since. The boiler is working brilliantly still. They are a really friendly and professional company. We have gotten to know Paul as he does the service each year and he's always on time and does a great job. When the pipes froze a couple of years ago due to very cold weather, Paul was able tp talk me through what to do over the phone shortly after I called in. I cannot recommend them highly enough-honest, high quality local service.

About a month ago we had a problem with the boiler.
We called Centrona Gas for assistance.
Engineer called Paul arrived very promptly, he diagnosed the problem straight away and repaired it quickly. We were very happy with Paul's attitude and the his professionalism.

I have three sevice contracts with Centrona. I've always been happy with the quality of their work and the helpfulness of the engineers. This morning I phoned them with an emergency. John managed to fit in a visit and was able to sort out the tenant's problem. As they are a small firm appointments for gas safety checks or routine servicing do need to be scheduled a few days in advance but the advantage of using a smaller company is that the enigneer takes full responsibilty for each job. Centrona also fitted new boilers in two properties which was done quickly and efficiently.

After talking to a nice gentleman on the phone, I mistakenly misunderstood that the £96 fee taken up front was for diagnosing and fixing problem if parts were not carried on board.
The problem on my common make Worcester 24Cdi could not be found so it was suggested that an air pressure switch, PCB board and mains harness be replaced at a cost of £315 for parts plus a further £96 labour.

Phoning around a PCB board is £100, mains harness £25 and air pressure switch £15, totalling £140 including next day delivery and VAT.

It was really handy that none of the parts were carried by the fitter
