We offer high service with Fast and Efficent solving your issue as Quickly and Practically possible, we aim to get it solved within the 60 minutes but occasionally it cannot be solved in that time. We aim to please, impress and help Our Customers as much as possible. For 60 minutes on site in the Plymouth area, prices are below Inclusive of VAT.

Appliance Testing Report

Do you require Appliances tested to the latest Code of Practice. All items tested will be visually inspected for any damage then electrically tested with an Appliance Tester, this carries out the required tests ensuring the appliance is within specifications of test requirements. A certificate withall results will be given on completion.

Never trying DIY again! Drilled through a wire in the wall at 7pm! Called Paul and he was very kind about everything trying to come up with ways I could avoid an emergency call out. In the end I decided id rather get the repair that night so he came out within 25mins and fixed it professionally and was very kind and knowledgable. They kept everything extremely clean and he got everything back to normal. His charge was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Good covid precautions also ensuring we weren't isolating, and wearing masks.

Paul and his son Owen are reliable, polite, and competitively priced. They have recently fitted a new consumer unit, two outside lights, down lights in our conservatory and two conservatory heaters. They were here on time every day, completed the work in good time, and the final bill matched the quote - no hidden extras. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them

I cannot fault Paul and Owen.
They are professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
I am a woman on my own and with some trades I feel they may be taking advantage of my situation,but not pbw.
They have taken away the worry of an older property electrics and I can sleep soundly knowing my electrics are safe!
After a short time period I found their advice invaluable and trusted their advice 100% .
They arrive on time when they say they'll be there.(which in itself is a rarity!)
They are clean and tidy.

Needed energy certificates for RHI payments. Paid PBW £60 to do the EPC but found that his certification was not sufficient to get the payments and he is not qualified to do the full survey. I believe that he knew in advance he was not giving me what I needed. In the end I found another assesor for the same price who gave me the EPC and the Green deal assesment. In effect I paid PBW £60 for a piece of paper of no value.

We used PBW Electrics to carry out installations on two of our properties.
