Coyde Construction build high quality small select developments in the right location at the right price. Our developments comprise of beautifully designed spacious properties offering every convenience required by prospective purchasers. We use an elegant mix of materials, such as render, weatherboard cladding slate hanging and stone.
Completed: 2008 The works comprised of external and internal refurbishment of the existing pool as described in schedule of works, which included demolition of walls remedial. Completed: 2009 This scheme involved the construction of a new Parish Hall complete with all drains, sewers, fencing, access roads, paths, landscaping and boundary fencing.

I moved it to my new house 4 years ago. I’ve had a leak come through. Had insurance come to see if I could claim and they inspected it and have said it’s down to poor workmanship by the builder. Tiles are loose by bath and water has been getting behind it. Now I have a big damp patch. I’ve tried NHBC but they say it’s not down to them and tried builder. I’ve also had a problem happen around my stairs as a separate issue. The stairs have dropped one even fell out, there is a massive crack all the way around the stairs. This company has not took ownership of there poor building work. My
