B & D Contractors

We hired B and D Contractors on the basis of work they had completed at a friends house. We were not disappointed. From the first day, the team arrived on time and cracked on. The first thing that struck me was the organisation of the team. All the materials and supplies turned up on time, and in the correct order.

Every evening, a decent amount of time was taken up with tidying and clearing up, making sure that we were not living in a complete tip the whole time. All the team were knowledgeable and courteous and made suggestions that actually contributed to the finished product. B and D Contractors had already carried out works to the house to a very high standard and they continued to maintain these standards with the renovations to the barn.

The building is a National Trust property which adds an extra layer of challenge for the builders, but one which they lived up to and more, coming up with very good advice and suggestions for preserving the building in the best manner possible. Their communication skills are excellent and workmanship cannot be faulted.
