Services
The family business began life in 1983 as Proton Installations, this was initially an electrical installation company in the domestic and light commercial sectors but soon grew to include plumbing and heating. In 2003 we re-introduced the company as Proton Construction Ltd, this better reflected our enlarged workforce and the larger projects we were undertaking.
For infection control projects & surgery builds we will produce a design capable of being approved by the local Health Authority before costings take place. We also supply, service, validate & maintain equipment with a 12 month guarantee and can provide maintenance contracts to cover longer periods.
Our electrical division covers all types of electrical work from small domestic maintenance jobs to full electrical rewires. We are members of the NICEIC, all of our staff are fully qualified to the current edition of the IEE regulations. For more information about the work we carry out please follow the links bellow.
Our mechanical division covers all types of heating & ventilation of buildings from domestic to commercial installations. We will design & install, service & maintain all types of equipment from a domestic central heating system to a multi extractor ventilation system in a public building or office block.
We build extensions & new builds, we maintain buildings including both pitched & flat roofs including joinery, brickwork, rendering, plastering, lead works & flashings, felting. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders, all of our staff are fully qualified and work to very high standards.

I have been a landlord in Dunkirk for 15+ years with 10 victorian properties, modified for student lets. I have used Pellier for the last 3 years and have found them excellent in every way. Reliable, speedy, understandably priced, good communicators and a freindly / considerate group of guys who explain what they are doing and dont' leave a mess.
Just before lockdown they removed a large double victorian chimney stack and re roved .... from asking to completing in C 10 days. I wish I had found them earlier.

I used Pelliere to modernise a 2 bed flat in Nottingham, this included a full bathroom rework, a wall removal to create an open plan living space, as well as updating the electrics for the lighting and new kitchen.
The work has been done to a very high standard with no major hiccups and everyone I have had contact with has been courteous and knowledgeable. I made many small additional requests during the whole process, each was dealt with professionally.
