As part of our electrical services, we offer an emergency service for any electrical faults that you may have.

We charge for at least 1 hour in regards to our hourly rate. Yet, we make sure to bill the charges in a 30-minute interval format. In case the work extends this charge rate, the customer's charged for that period at a higher rate. Both are charged per hour and are subject to the VAT, parking and congestion fees if applied.

My bathroom light broke and my extractor fan hadn’t been working for a while. I called about 5 different companies and heard nothing back. Urgent responded to my enquiry promptly on a Friday and were able to come round the following Monday. Very professional and friendly, and did a really good job! Will definitely use again and would recommend ☺️

Cowboys!
Needed an electric shower replaced. Two guys turned up to do a one man job. Then they started coming up with additional work that would need doing at extra cost. Then they said they didn’t have a part they needed after disconnecting the shower, and left us without a working shower for a week.
Phoned another company and they sorted it in 20 minutes without the so called extra work that these guys said needed doing.
Scam artists!

In summary, an excellent, professional and friendly service at a great price with nothing too much trouble from two genuinely nice guys (Israr & Nasir). Five stars is not enough! Strongly recommended having completed such a large job to perfection with courtesy and standards sadly lacking these days from most. An absolute pleasure to deal with in every way.
