ASH PM Ltd is a local general building company based in Nantwich specialising in all aspects of home renovation. We have carried many bathroom and kitchen renovations in Nantwich and the surrounding areas along with full house renovations, extensions and redevelopments. A majority of our building work in Nantwich is based on word of mouth or repeat business.
Complete kitchen refurbishment including the structural alteration and removal of an internal wall. Block up external wall(s) and install new window & doors. Extremely complex project to convert two rooms into one. Significant constructional alteration was required as the dividing wall was three courses deep and supporting the wall and purlin above.
Our extensive knowledge of the latest energy saving technology combined with a flair for ambient lighting and alternate socket & switch finishes, make us the perfect choice for all your new and replacement installations. We are available to carry out all works ranging from changing a single socket, replacing existing fittings or a full rewire.
Unless you have a time served plasterer on board, your looking at a ropey or unacceptable finish. This is a skill that no training can provide. Our team have many years experience, bonding, dry wall skimming, skim over skim and skimming over artex. Either or, the finish is a perfectly skimmed wall or ceiling and ready for the immaculate colour co-ordination.
Our building skills cover all aspects of structural and non structural works such as extensions, replacing floor slabs, brick laying, RSJ's and alterations to the general structure and foundation of properties. We have a vast knowledge of making such changes and working in conjunction with the relevant building controls and regulations.

Ash PM provided us with a very competitive quotation for external repairs to our upper front bay window which was causing us some concern. The bay is of a tiled construction and required a complete external rebuild. The work also involved some internal plastering.
We found Adam and Vince to be very professional, conscientious and respectful.
They paid close attention to detail, ensuring the work was carried out to an extremely high standard.

Having heard all the nightmare tales about builders, we were slightly apprehensive when looking for a company to knock an interior wall down and add a small ground floor extension to our property. However from start to finish Ash and his team Andy and Adam were professional, trustworthy and reliable. Communication was always excellent and any questions or requests we had along the way were dealt with promptly. The job was completed ahead of schedule and to a very high standard. Highly recommend!

We have recently had Ash PM carryout some renovation work at our home and couldn't be happier with the result!! Discussing and agreeing works was transparent and straightforward instilling confidence to progress with the project. We had unforeseen issues with the works, however the gents on site quickly notified us with clear options and related costs which meant it was less stressful and easy to make decisions quickly to avoid delay. Nothing was too much and all has been completed to a very high standard at a very competitive price, very reputable and highly recommended!

The project entailed tanking the lounge and dining room external walls to stop damp, adding studding and insulation board to create a thermal barrier and plaster boarding and applying a finishing plaster skim prior to painting and decorating.
We are really pleased with the finished project. Ash and his team were helpful throughout and kept us informed of their work schedule.
We are delighted with the quality of the plastering and painting ...a job well done!

We bought a new house that needed some serious work. New utility room, walls knocked through, installing a large new kitchen, replastering ceilings, electrical work, re-siting and installing new boiler, to name a few. We used Ash and Andy to do the utility room first and we were impressed with the finish, we asked them to do everything else. Ash manages the entire job and both Ash and Andy are highly skilled, provide A-grade workmanship and a quality finish. An extension to a garage wall was required in order to support a flat roof canopy. Work was carried out in stages over approximately seven days for the footings, brickwork, concrete block work and rendering. Great attention to detail was given to all aspects of the job and the results are superb. The brickwork and rendering are perfect. Throughout the project, Ashley and his team have been informative and courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending this highly professional company to others.

These included the gutting and refurbishing of our bathroom, installation of an upstairs en suite, the installation of a new window frame in what was originally just a solid wall, the demolition of a sub-standard utility room and complete rebuild to meet current building regulation and electrical standards including the installation of a new RCB board.
