DS Building Contractors (Cheshire) Ltd is run by Dave Sherwin, who was inspired by his Grandfather, Father and Stepfather, who were all tradesmen to follow his passion into the building trade.
At 18 he became self-employed and through his initiative and drive was determined to perfect his skill set of bricklaying, joinery, roofing, plastering, kitchens and bathrooms and groundwork's to allow his business to offer a full high class building service to his clients.Services offered are home extensions, barn conversions, new builds, listed buildings, conversions, alterations and improvements, groundworks and landscaping.

A full renovation scheme to a redundant cottage, included a large double storey extension at the rear, new windows and doors. Internal alterations included new fitted kitchen, bathroom, feature fireplace, underfloor heating and ceramic tiling. We returned 2 years later to remove old UPVC conservatory and replace with feature sun room with bi-fold doors and new driveway in feature block paving.
