Sadly my Nan used curtain call a few months ago for blinds and curtains for most windows in her house. She paid thousands of pounds for a service and product that quite frankly weren’t worth a few hundred. The blinds were cheap looking and have been faulty since three days after being fitted - the wooden weights continually falling off. The curtains were fitted too low and with the wrong colour rings which didn’t match the pole they’d supplied - my Nan was assured that someone would be back to change these and fix the weights on the blinds. I have contacted curtain call around five times
