Cant recommend Acorn enough. The guys have been absolutely fantastic in fixing our en suite after an escape of water. They had to rip everything out and rebuild from scratch. Everyone that spoke to us and showed up, from joiners to electricians, painters and tilers, were so friendly and really put us at ease during a really stressful time. The works have been completed to such a high standard and the wee finishing touches the trades added have really made a difference. Huge massive thank you for all your efforts, for sourcing and supplying parts and materials, for all of the advice you've given

Acorn were appointed by my loss adjuster after I had a horrendous house fire which required the whole house to be restored and redecorated including a new roof, and then I added in a redesign of my top floor to take advantage of the opportunity. Highly recommended from me, the work was done well, and to time, with excellent site management. All their tradesmen were very competent and reliable and polite. I was able to trust them to do a good job once I saw the standard of workmanship.

We recently had a horrendous flood within our property. Thankfully, our insurance company suggested Acorn Services who attended the same day we called them during lockdown to make our property safe. They maintained excellent contact and supported us through this very distressing time. We unfortunately had to move out of our house due to extent of that water damage, this felt like a kind of mini holiday which was superb. Our works were completed three weeks ago to a very high standard. We would like to thank the wonderful team at Acorn for all their hard work and look forward to using you again

Acorn did such a fantastic job with an insurance repair and then installed a downstairs toilet for us a few years ago. Sadly their aftercare is absent. We desperately need paperwork in order to get our completion certificate from the council but they never call back when they say they will, denied having done the electrical work and are now just not bothering to respond at all. We are going to have to get another electrician in, but we are in Lockdown and Acorn could just do the paperwork! Really disappointed. Avoid if you ever plan to move house and need documentation!

Acorn are carrying out a insurance re instatement in our neighbours flat.They did not put any coverings down on the communal stair carpet with the result that the plasterboard has been trampled into the carpet.They don't even have a hoover.The workman brushed the debris to the side and left.

I called this company on the 12th, 16th, 17th and 18th of October to arrange a plumber and joiner, the company were always personable and provided reassurance they would follow up on each occasion.
Each day I called I spoke to a different person and had to go through the process of explaining the requirements again. Eventually on the 18th, despite assurances this would be addressed, I was able to draw the information out of the colleague on the phone that this would not even be looked at for at least another week.
While the inability to attend due to availability is completely understandable
