Bought a Baumhaus Roscoe shoe cupboard in Oct-19 via another company (Trackpack) who get them straight from the manufacturer, Baumhaus. The delivery Kinetics is Baumhaus' own delivery company who also delivered the item. It came damaged. I got sent a replacement some weeks later which also came damaged. I complained after the second time and was offered a £50 reduction if I chose to keep it. I mentioned I would like a replacement or would only accept it for £50. A third replacement came some weeks later, which amazingly was also damaged (split front panel near hinge). I was extremely disappointed

I received a Salem Walnut Shoe Cupboard with multiple faults, a cracked side panel, a cracked internal strut, a door hinge with a screw missing, a wobbly door, a shelf not even fitted (just left loose inside the cupboard) and lots of scuff marks, clearly no one has bothered to check the unit was built correctly before shipping it, unbelievable for £479. Never again. I took a refund and waited 10 days for the collection to happen. Rubbish quality/service all round.

BE CAREFUL!
I have ordered a pack of chairs, checked package in front of a driver, and they came damaged. Refused to accept the delivery.
To my surprise after like two weeks I was told the package is delivered and signed for.
I have asked by email for delivery truck CCTV footage and my signature to be matched with the ones from previous deliveries, but they're not respodning to my emails.
That's what I call poor customer service.
All in all I have paid for close to £200 for items that I've never recieved.

Terrible company with terrible customer service.
Ordered a shoe cabinet which was a lovely design in March. When it was delivered it had multiple flaws and damage. Contacted the company I purchased from and they said they would replace. I thought great not a problem. 2nd shoe cabinet arrived after and apparently was checked over before packaging it up and delivering it to me. Unit again damage and flaws in the oak.
