Pete and his colleague Steve of Plumbers on Line encountered many difficulties from day one and at each stage the problems encountered were dealt with in a very professional manner, combined with a friendly sense of humour. . They really know their trade and made every attempt to make sure we were comfortable and understood what they were doing. We really cannot stress how professional their work was and if we could give more than five stars we would. We would have no problem is recommending them to anyone who require work of this nature. A lot of floor boards and carpets had to come for the work

Pete from Sureflame came round a few weeks ago to sort out a sudden leak on our boiler. He was efficient, knew his stuff and sorted the problem out. Plus he was a pleasure to have working here.
The boiler needed replacing, so Sureflame was the obvious choice. The old boiler was removed and the new one fitted and working within a day.
He also sorted out a problem with a low water flow rate. We now have an excellent flow rate and a superb new boiler.

The quality of workmanship was excellent. A great deal of effort was made to ensure that all work carried out to my heating and hot water system was to the highest standard. At all stages of the job I was kept up to date and given the opportunity to agree to what was required to ensure the repair that was successfully completed. Time keeping was excellent and most importantly the contractors turned up when they said they would.
I have no hesitation in recommending this contractor and I certainly will be more than happy to use them again should I need any future plumbing or heating work carried
