We aim to provide the same high level of individual design input for all types of development within the residential sector from the most modest house extension through to small bespoke housing schemes.We first of all offer an assessment of the proposal, which tends in most cases to take place on site and will almost always be free of charge.
This allows the opportunity to meet with the client and discuss their design needs in detail as well as being able to assess the likelihood of achieving Planning Approval, where necessary. From here, we can call upon long-established close working relationships with structural engineers; surveyors; tree specialists, flood risk analysers; Town Planners and energy assessors etc.
