Will not consider using this company ever again. Following an email asking me to complete my checkout, I ordered via the website at the price detailed and then received an email acknowledgement of order.
I received a phone call a couple of days later stating the web price was incorrect due to human error and given the choice of paying an additional £3 per unit (6 off) or cancelling the order. They would not honor the order despite their error on an order value of just £36.

To be totally honest this is one of only a few sites that I came across that actually stocked the item I was looking for,I chose this particular site because it allowed me to pay with PayPal which is my preferred way to pay,only thing I don't like is paying almost as much for delivery as what I paid for the item itself,i do think that more people would buy from these sites if the delivery price was more reasonable but tend to turn to Ebay because delivery is usually free or a couple of pound ?

This review is just about ordering. I have no goods yet. I found I had to use three different browsers to complete my order. Pages refused to pass on to next link in payment chain. I tried to phone using number advertised as 24/7 but got a dead line. I wished to pay by credit card but could not complete the transaction so had to use paypal. I don't know why I persevered.

Quick Find 41704 - 5m LED strip kit - Based upon the quality of the product and speed of delivery of my initial purchase - now installed - see photo - I cut the first into 8 lengths one for each shelf, it did need additional wiring and patience to complete but overall it made an astounding difference to these Ikea display products. This time I ordered two 41704 and I am expecting delivery shortly.

I got sent the wrong parts, then they offered to send the correct parts or refund and I first choose correct parts, it has now been a month and zero communication after sending them a message every week, I have had to refund my client £200 because of this, so with parts and refund refund am down almost £300..

Comical. Ordered a couple of bulbs 10th June. Waited a couple of weeks then decided to call to find out why my order hadn't arrived. The woman I spoke to spent a very long time trying to find out what had occurred, then told me there was a delay of stock. No kidding. She said the item should be in stock "in a couple of weeks" if I cared to wait. I said yes. Today is the 28th October, 4 and a half months after I placed the order, and I receive an email saying "your order will be dispatched as soon as possible".
