Surefit Scotland

Agree with previous. Extremely poor communication. Took our deposit for over £2k for a garden veranda and we chased up for months. He blamed the supply chain (Brexit/pandemic). Then we discover via our own searching that Surefit was in administration. I tracked down the owner Craig at his “sister” company (which he coincidentally registered a couple weeks after taking our deposit and just a couple months before filing the paperwork to fold Surefit). Received another nonsense excuse and his word that he would fulfil the contract. That was over 2 months ago. Save your time and money and go elsewhere

Very poor communication from start to finish. Promised German windows. No idea what has been fitted by their "sister" company who has no public reviews to verify their quality. Left broken glass and general rubbish outside plus sawdust in the garage. Completed 6 months after their original quoted date. Very stressful time for the family and for all these reasons, we would not recommend using this company.

Not surprised they've gone out of business. Never finished a job in March/April 2021 and haven't responded to complaints. Complete farce from start to finish. Hope they don't set up in business as another name.

We got windows and doors fitted in nov 2019 the letterbox is fallen out handle and keyhole all rusted and door dosnt close right you have to slam it to close and key is bending as lock is faulty have phoned them 3-4 times keep saying will phone back but no return call now saying that they can’t take calls from out location

Knocked my door,arranged appointment for the next day a specific time, never turned up get a call from Cammy 5 hours later with a story, during the conversation when I stated first impressions count and my Mrs had taken time off, guess what he hung up!! Terrible business reflection , id fire that guy...it cost you a SALE

I can't speak to the quality of their work, but Craig, who says he is their owner, swore and was abusive to me on a dating site when I declined to meet him. I'd therefore question their integrity and ethics.

Beautiful windows look fantastic inside and out, my neighbours love them. I was a bit worried because when it was really cold ice was along the bottom of the outside of the window but I was told by the company that means they are working perfectly. I have to admit I'm turning the heating down or off as I am getting so hot, so a saving on my energy bills. Thank you Surefit Scotland Ltd.

Excellent windows and doors. Expert professional fitting. The company that fitted our blinds said they were the best windows they had seen. I cannot praise Surefit highly enough ..... but WARNING: DO NOT USE THEIR FINANCE. IT'S A BANK CALLED SHAWBROOK. DREADFUL REVIEWS. Would have been a five star review first time round but experience ruined by what feels like rip-off finance.
Windows and doors replaced 18 months ago. Great windows well fitted. Expensive but good. Installer took problems in his stride. A year later very quick response to issues with leak. Turned out no problem

Gazebo, it’s been leaking for 1 yr 6 months still not resolved. Cannot comment on their windows but I would not recommend them for a Conservatory. They take your money build a substandard roof and when it leaks they come up with loads of excuses to not fix it. I have now taken this up with a Trading Standards.

Came to the door asking if we were interested in double glazing, which we were. Made an appointment for them to come back and give us a price for the job. Half an hour later had another guy come and ask to confirm the appointment. Which we did. Next day another call saying they wanted to confirm AGAIN. When I suggested that asking me was getting a bit excessive, I got rude texts from a Director Tom Kelly saying that I don't understand their procedures, then saying they were cancelling the appointment! Saved me the trouble.
