We had our windows Fitted by Keen Window just before Christmas and all i can say is that Adrian Harvey will go above and beyond to help you out.
We are very pleased with the quality of the windows (Rehau) and the fitters were clean & tidy, also very courteous.
I would recommend Keen windows to any one as a descent local company with out all the big sales pitches that you normally get from some companies.

I also had windows & bifold doors fitted. The windows I couldn’t open and it was the hottest weekend. I have a baby and the room was over 30c he kept putting me off for a week. He then sent a guy at 7:30pm on the Saturday night. He still hasn’t resolved one of the windows and is ignoring all calls texts and emails. The bifold doors were not exactly what I ordered and were expensive. He doesn’t listen and definitely is not to be trusted

Called out to fit a cat flap. First time didn't show up and when I called he said he won't be coming because he went home as it was cold. Not even an apology. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and made a new date. Again he was a no show. I didn't bother to call this time. Wouldn't bother with this company again.
