If I could I would give 0 stars! Geico had sent out a technician from Lock Medics. So he pulls up in a AAA truck he's lucky I don't remember his name, but best believe I have that dispatch number. He left without no notice. I called him back to see why he left with no notice and didn't even bother to check my tires. I told him I understand you have other customers to get to, but there's no need for your rudeness. Then he proceeds to argue and talk over me while on the phone! Their technician have stank attitudes and no people skill. Will never recommend. 🤢🤮🤮🤮

If I could give this company a negative I would. This company is a joke and very unprofessional. They was called out by shelter insurance company. My vehicle was stuck in a ditch. When he came out he stated that he needed paper showing that it was a accident. It wasn't a accident. He just didn't want to do the job. Then he stated that he couldn't get my car out the ditch that he would need two trucks to get it out. And that was the last thing that we heard from him. We had to call a different towing company to come and get my car out the ditch. This is the absolute worst company to use. Never again

Avoid them at all cost. Our car was stuck in dirt road and this guy name Eliza through gieko shows up in black tow truck looks at our vehicle and vanishes just saying he can't do the job.. we book another service with AAA and this guy again shows up after 2 hrs and offers no help infact scared other companies to help us out.
All he kept saying I m not supposed to be here then why did he show up 2 times to tell us No.
Also if you can't help ppl in distress why even have a business of towing

Highly recommended. We wanted to change the fittings (handle, letterbox, knocker, etc) on our door from gold to chrome and upgrade the lock. Dennis kindly sourced all of the new fittings for us and even came out on a Saturday afternoon at our request to install them. Due to it being such an old door, some of the modern fittings required larger holes, Dennis went above and beyond, drilling the holes for us and fitting everything to a very high standard. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result and will definitely be recommending Dennis to all our friends and family.
