It took me over a month to get an appointment, and when the day finally came, nobody arrived.
I received an email 2 days later saying that they could not make the appointment because the person before me had 2 vouchers and had to stay for 2 extra hours.
I found that hard to believe as my appointment was for 9am, did the person before me really start at 7am? Even if that was the case, a phone call or email to tell me what was happening would be nice, but nothing came.
What made it worst was trying to contact Living Social for a refund. After filling out the online form and being ignored as usual

THE CLEEN COMPANY is the worst company I have ever dealt with - not sure how their business is still running. We have been trying to get a cleaner in since September, on 4 occasions we have booked someone only for them never to pitch up. The last straw was Wednesday this week, after being promised a cleaner at 8o'clock, taking the day off work and having another no show, calling the office all day, eventually speaking to the manager(who is the most incompetent person I have ever spoken to) at 16:00 and he has the cheek to accuse me of leaving the house so the cleaner couldn't get in.
