Ordered a bed on 30th June with a 10 week wait and got an email in December to say another 11-13 weeks. Absolutely shocking. So basically 8-9 month wait for a bed, if its not delayed again!!!! I understand there have been delays but that long? I feel like I am being given excuses every time I speak to someone. I wouldn't recommend using at all if you want anything to arrive withing a reasonable time... by this rate it will be a year and not communicating with me to give me reasons why.

I called Danetti to ask if they could take pictures of the items I wanted to purchase as there isn't a showroom anywhere near me and sometimes colours on websites are a bit off.
The lady I spoke to did that and sent them right away. Dining table and chairs arrived beautifully and securely packaged . Delivery people arrived right on time and were respectful of my property .

We've shopped at Danetti a number of times and been served by Dana, she is wonderful. Polite, helpful and always offers to go the extra mile to help. Amazing service.
Quality of sofas, and chairs we have bought as always been good, also very comfortable, great choices.

Very disappointed. Ordered 3 bar stools for my new home. New home got delayed by 2 months and when we finally moved in I opened the Danetti bar stools to find one of them damaged! Sent all of the pictures and details to Danetti as requested only to be told they wont do anything as it's after their 30 day period. Won't even replace the frame. Very angry as each bar stool was £290. Never again will I be a customer of yours. Beware, no warranty.

I will never be shopping at Danetti again! I usually buy our bedroom furniture from made.com, but I had heard good things about Danetti I ordered the bottle green Amalfi ottoman bed and I was told it would take 8 weeks, I then received an email the day after saying it would take 10. The bed arrived after 13 weeks after! No one from Danetti contacted me to keep me informed and the whole experience was very stressful. Furthermore the bed arrived damaged and they refused to offer any compensation. Honestly the worst company I have ever ordered from with the worst customer service team, I will be sticking

Delighted with every purchase (and I’ve made a few as we’ve recently lived house) Products are beautiful quality and a lot require very minimal assembly which is a bonus! Customer service are genuinely excellent, no long holds or automated machines, so helpful (and human!) happy to chat and give updates on orders, help with queries and arranging convenient delivery dates. Delivery teams have always been fab too. We had one issue where one item delivered was incorrect, one easy phone all and it was sorted.

Ordering was so easy and the customer service I received from the start was amazing. I was sent pictures of product from the show room to decide , and when I moved into my new home and I realised the corner bench would have been too big they let me cancel and change my order with no issues (even with the delivery due the next day). Beautiful products and quality and I will definately be ordering more! Thanks Danetti!

The order was placed some months ago and was concerned regarding the bad reviews if the furniture would ever arrive! Part of the order was delivered with a chair damaged. This was quickly rectified with a new one delivered and the damaged one taken away. The rest of the order has now arrived and am very pleased with it. The customer service has been very good and any doubts or problems have been quickly resolved. Would I buy from Danetti again - yes.

Product was excellent quality and as described. Agree with what others have said regarding communication. You think given that the many reviews that have highlighted this would be taken on board and Danetti would have significantly improved their communication and customer service. Its hard to find the perfect products which it seems like Danetti have ticked all boxes. It's not hard to implement a system/team which keeps customers regularly updated on their order status. It didn't bother me so much that my order arrived 3 weeks late. What did bother me was not receiving any updates or communications

Wrote a review about the actual stools for their website, but they did not “approve” it, so it never made its way to the site and they let only 5 star reviews appear on there…
Waited over 3 months for the stools just to get them scratched and with poorest quality of stitching, which is already coming off in places. Appaling. Not convinced it a real leather either. Overall badly done. Waste of money.
