Services
We have a wealth of knowledge and expertise of refurbishment projects and have worked with various commercial and industrial clients. By using the latest technology to create a series of illustrations and sketches, we will give you an accurate idea of how the completed refurbishment project will look.
Helping the local community is important to our team. Our Managing Director, Brian Garrity, set up our Smallman & Son Foundation in 2014 with the Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland Community Foundation. With a focus on helping children and young people, we have made donations to fund numerous projects & sports clubs and helped raise awareness of various local charities.
We worked in collaboration with De Montfort University (DMU) Square Mile Student volunteers, who designed the visits hall at HMP Leicester. Our team of talented craftsmen and builders worked hard to make the students' design come to life by transforming the space into a light-filled, bright and modern area.
We have completed a variety of small works projects and groundworks at the prestigious Leicestershire County Cricket Club. We created and installed new gates on their main entrance (Curzon Road entrance) and resurfaced the road with tarmac. In addition, we demolished the end of the stands to widen the escape routes to meet fire regulations.
