Critical: Quality
They performed a kitchen extension and installed a fitted kitchen. Unfortunately I didn't know about needing to perform a snag report, which I understood should be part of the final sign-off. I probably wasn't firm enough in ensuring a high-quality finish, probably just an expectation that things are done to a good standard.
