We can carry out all the structural, planning compliances and architectural works in house and thus ensure the project will be handed over completely ready for occupation (including hard and soft landscaping).
This has many benefits, as the building in question can be purpose-designed for all clients. Our design team is highly skilled at reaching the correct design needed. We can also offer a build only service working alongside the clients design team. If required we would be pleased to apply our input from knowledge we have gained on previous and current projects.
Contracts vary from 5,000, to a maximum of 4m, servicing the commercial, domestic and public sectors. Birkby also have a maintenance department, mainly in the commercial sector, servicing companies like Bourne Leisure, Kent County Council, Milroy Developments, Medway Borough Council, Savills and numerous industrial estates.
