We couldn't be happier with the end result of our loft extension. The Loft Company were professional throughout the 4 month duration of the conversion. Tom, the project manager and his team were respectful and polite at all times and at times exceeded our expectations. Any problems that occurred during the building works were resolved in a quick and calm manner.
The loft conversion was completed on schedule and on budget. I would highly recommend The Loft Company and wouldn't hesitate in offering a reference. We spoke with a few companies before we met with James (The loft company) He was the first to offer to come over and talk us honestly through our options.
James and all his staff were amazing, they explained everything and answered every (I'm sure sometimes annoying) question I asked. We highly recommend this friendly and altogether reliable company, and won't hesitate to use them again in the future. Right from the first meet we had with James we knew he was the correct builder for us. He was honest, very polite, and generally a great guy. James explained what was needed for our loft extension and when The work started it only got better. James and Jay and all the team were just amazing and the building quality is far better than we could have Ever Have imagined. They worked hard throughout the day even working through lunch most days. The would explain at every stage what’s happening and advise you on things that might be better or need to change. James was not like any other builder we

Avoid this company, awful shoddy building, they lie and don't finish the job and after a couple of years they neg out on their guarantee which is not even worth the paper it was written on. Took me 2 years to get the loft signed off by building control and thousands of pounds in fees and remedial work to get it ok.
