Situated in the heart of the medieval market town of Rye, we're able to bring our years of experience to your project. Manning Duffie Architecture Ltd was originally set up in 2007 by Dominic Manning B. Arch Nottingham, RIBA as Manning Wistow Architects Ltd and was renamed in 2010 with Tim Duffie joining as director and principal.

Fee Options Report

Due to the individual nature of all architectural projects we like to provide flexible fee structures. Where possible, we prefer to charge you a fixed fee as opposed to a percentage of the final build cost. We believe this to be the fairest approach as it removes any potential conflict of interest where it would be in our favour to see the cost of your project rise.
