Whilst we are based in Kent we do undertake work nationally with recent commissions in areas such as the New Forest and The Shetland Islands.
Our portfolio of work focuses on projects of all scales, including conversions, extensions, one off, bespoke dwellings and multiple unit developer schemes. Our main working sectors are in residential, agricultural and equestrian schemes however we do also carry out commercial, industrial and educational sectors.

David and his team were professional and innovative and came up with exciting designs. They looked at what we wanted and what we could achieve and exceeded our expectations.They were supportive and helped us with the tender process for our builders and we could not have been happier with the services they offered. Very very slow service, and poor communication. I was shocked to find out when the new practice I had to engage who are Professional Architects pointed out that the plans that KDS produced for me were so flawed (including omitting a door from a floor plan!) they had to be completely re-measured and done again from scratch. KDS are not accepting responsibility, apparently when passing my files over they mentioned they 'felt specific areas will need re measuring'!! £2300 completely wasted plus more for the new architect to start again. It was a pleasure working with Kent Design Studio. From start to finish KDS were professional, they were always available to discuss the plans, they worked with the structural engineer and building control seamlessly, and the design they produced utilises the space we have brilliantly. They listened to our wants and needs and came up with a layout that exceeded both.
The creativity of the KDS has not only transformed our house but also the way we live in it.

Cannot speak more highly about the service we have received; professional, courteous and very responsive. Listened to our brief and came up with exactly what we were after. We have had visits (socially distanced with all PPE etc), phone calls and video calls to ensure that our brief is fulfilled. Highly recommended

WE have always found KDS to be very professional, on point with their designs and good value for money. We have trusted them with 2 projects so far. A barn conversion and a large garage/workshop area. We are in the process of using them for a large extension too. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to friends and colleagues alike.
