Not everyone has the opportunity in their life time to have a loft conversion on their property, and so it is extremely imperative to get the right advice as to how to go about having this done. This will not only increase the value of your property but will also create more spaces for a new room or bathroom as desired.

The team are very hard working/professional and we were extremely happy with the results. When a unforeseen problem occurred a solution was found, when my wife wanted to alter a couple of things, the team made it happen. We were also very happy with the way in which they undertook the project, accessing the roof space from the scaffolding, rather than coming through the house, allowed minimum impact within the original living space.
We cannot express how satisfied we are with the final product.

We approached Kent Loft Company to do our loft conversion early last year after speaking to a couple of their previous customers in our road. The people we spoke to had only good things to say about them and after getting their quote (which was competitive against the two other quotes we got) we booked them in to do the work on a fixed price basis.
Covid obviously got in the way during the build (our fault not theirs) but it soon progressed once they were allowed back in.
Needless to say, we are very pleased with the results.

The whole team who work for Kent Loft Company are incredible!!!! We have just had our loft conversion completed with a dressing room and ensuite. We had chimneys taken out of each room including the lounge. They started in February and worked through the rain and snow and not a drop of water entered the house!! They were a really nice, friendly,… polite bunch of skilled tradesman who were a pleasure to have working in my house while I was also working. Thanks to Jess and Spencer for the amazing build, the skill Jess has is incredible! Thanks to Chris and Scott our roofers, to Nick the electrician

Had our loft converted with a dormer extension by Kent Lofts during Q1 2021 in South East London. We chose Kent Lofts as they were converting our neighbour's property and were a similar price to other quotes we had. Overall we are happy with the work that was done and would choose Kent Lofts again. Their tradespeople mostly did an excellent job and were happy to come back and resolve outstanding things. The only thing which could have gone better was the speed of the work - while the main building works were completed quickly, there were gaps during the build, which I'm sure were at least partially

KLC completed a hip-to-gable conversion for us earlier this year. Of the three quotes, KLC was the least expensive, and best value for money for the scope suggested. Work started on time and was carried out professionally and quickly despite the impact of lockdown. The team were friendly and polite. The stairwell was designed to avoid any loss of existing room space. The plasterers took great pride in their work and the finish was excellent. Trevor and co. did a great job of the stair carpentry to make it all blend in to the existing, and also did a great job on additional cupboards and shelving

We would definitely recommend KLC they have transformed our dusty old loft space into a lovely bedroom and bathroom! Jess Jnr ran our project, he and his team were fab. Jess has a very keen eye for detail and came up with good suggestions all the way through. The entire team who worked on our loft were nothing but polite, friendly and hard working. Jess(junior) and Fred worked very hard every day they always arrived on time and would work hard all day. As we have two young children they would always try to leave the build as safe as possible.
If any issues came up Jess would always be on the end of the phone to help us to solve them.
All their tradesmen were professional and trustworthy.
We would like to say Thank you for giving us more living space and we would highly recommend them.
