Services
Working with the client we created a spacious design fulfilling their requirements for what could be there final project house. The dilapidated bungalow received a complete refurbishment including extensions. Also, we designed a whole new roof that added a study and a beautiful Master Bedroom with a spacious En-suite.
A local developer had a unique piece of land with views over the Eastwell Park down to Ashford, Kent. We helped the client to develop a set of five beautiful executive houses incorporating high specification. There were two variations of design with all houses providing five bedrooms and excellent facilities including detached garages with additional living space.
We worked with our client to achieve two bedrooms, a sleeping deck, bespoke bathroom, en-suite shower room, compact kitchen and cosy seating area with a log burner. The barn was completely redundant before the client renovated it to a beautifully high standard with custom bathroom fittings and exposed Ragstone walls.
A returning client transformed this Grade II Listed Farmhouse into a beautiful home. We first worked with the client on a single storey rear extension to provide a fantastic octagonal shaped living area. Attached to their dining room a spiral wine cellar was concealed within the floor. Our second project involved designing a new entrance hall and kitchen while creating a new shower room above.
A testament to our excellent service is that clients return to us for further projects. This granary conversion followed a previous coach house conversion on the same site. This new project involved designing an extension to the existing Grade II listed granary. We incorporated a beautiful new open plan kitchen diner, separate living room, three bedrooms including en-suites and bathroom.

Tim and John helped us with alterations to our Grade II listed house. Their service was excellent and dealt with any complications that came up through the planning process. Just made the whole process a lot less stressful for us. Will be calling on them again soon for another job.

We are in the process of having a rear extension and open plan kitchen-dining room. JPD have been easy to work with, fast-moving, and have made the whole process much less of a burden. They have overseen the project from the beginning and have made sure that things have gone smoothly every step of the way. Without their input and support, we would never have been able to put our ideas into practice!

We have used JPD on a couple of occasions now. On both, the approach was friendly, but professional. They, in our case Tim, listened and understood what we were trying to do. The drawings were accurate, and I can commend their patience through going back and forth. They also acted as agent on the planning. I will use them again.

We used John and Tim to plan our bungalow extension. We couldn't have asked for more from this company. Tim was brilliant, listened to our ideas and created our dream home. This wasn't straight forward due to living near ancient protected woodland, but they were able work closely with the council to get our planning permission agreed. Would recommend for complex builds that's for sure. Thank you JPD!

We used John and Tim for the design and planning process of our build. They were most helpful from initial design and getting the details right for us and then dealing with the whole planning process. The planning went straight through without a hitch and then they dealt with building design and working drawings for building regulations. Everything that was quoted for was done on time and on budget. We would definitely use John and Tim for future projects. Many thanks again.

Be very careful as I used John Harmer for my architectural designs and he also said he would sort my Planning. This not only relates to 12 years ago but also within the last 2 years and February this year. He has cost me many thousands trying to sort it out. Be warned. Happy to provide any information.

We've had JPD Architecture commission 2 building phase plans for our bungalow, and we are nearing to the completion of phase 1. Everything from John and Tim has been excellent, and we loved their ideas for the phase 2 side of things. We hadn't even considered the alterations they've suggested!
