Don't buy from them. I bought a toilet which I need to return and they won't deal with it. They allowed me to send it back, but now they're sending it back to me saying is broken, even though, they've not open the packaging. Scammers! Now I need to get my money back and left out dry!!!! Stay away from this company!!!

Awful service. Beware of faulty products! Let the company know of a leak on a toilet due to a fault in manufacturing and was told to use silicone or plumbers tape to fix! Joke!!!
When the item was returned they wouldn’t refund and they said the toilet seat was damaged and sent a picture….. but it wasn’t even the toilet seat supplied! Absolute joke……

This toilet looks great when fitted, the flush system is amazing. The only downside is fitting the toilet as you cannot see the inside very well when fitting. It took accessible to fit properly due this. Now it's fitted properly I love it. The fitting is why I only have four stars. Otherwise it would have been 5 Stars

This is the worst company ever. I bought a toilet from them through Amazon. It arrived broken, so I sent them an email and photos. They replied to say that it wasn't broken, 'just an unglazed area'. I sent them a further email with better quality photos and photos of the chipped off ceramic. They acknowledged it was broken, and replied as follows:

We can confirm that the toilet can still be used. We would be willing to issue a partial refund to compensate for the damage.

Overall pleased with this stylish and compact toilet. Ideal for an en-suite refurbed. Back to wall not the easiest to fit but you do get a nice flush (pardon pun) finish against the wall. The fitting instructions are a slightly amusing as clearly some kind of translation. I had to move the cold feed to fit properly but not a criticism of the toilet. The rimless flush is very effective. Very good removable soft close seat.

Should be made aware this product is NOT suitable for plaster board or stud walls. Really heavy and pulls straight out of cavity. My husband who luckily is amazing at DIY!! He had to knock down our stud wall rebuild it so there was no cavity thus screws and assembly could fix onto something so that we could affix the door. You really need to double check your measurements too as strip runner at the top is seriously long and you need to slide it on. No instructions for the soft closing either. Now a week later and it is up it looks good.

Purchased with some doubt, but I must say that it is of very good quality, elegant design and very good finishes. Easy to install. It is not very practical because the space at the bottom is limited and the splashes pop out when washing hands, but it is my mistake, I should have chosen the larger size, it deserves an optimal evaluation.

Avoid this company - they have ZERO customer care and the quality of their products is not great. I bought a toliet from them on Amazon market platform. The toilet was leaking from the fixing holes as on the attached photos. The leak could have only arise because of some internal problem with this toilet, but Durovin were not answering my calls, my emails were apparently not received. At the end I got fantastic support from the Amazon customer service who helpped me to sort it out. I managed to return the faulty toilet to Durovin and Amazon refunded me the full purchase price and the postage I
