I have recently been to purchase tiles from Tile Choice within your store and the guys couldn't have been more helpful, especially Lee. Nothing was too much trouble and I was always made to feel like I was the only customer.
Lee made sure I had everything I needed, gave us advice on tiles and trim and above all put everything in my car for me as I had my little one with me. I feel people are far too eager to complain these days and not many people take the time to say thank you when someone does a great job. We spent nearly £400 in the Coventry store. We had 3 boxes of tiles that we wanted to return but because we were 2 days over the returns period they wouldn’t even give us a credit note. We were very annoyed at this as we were given great customer service at the time of purchase but the assistant didn’t want to listen to us and dismissed anything we had to say even though we were going to spend more money in store there and would’ve been a lot more than what the credit note was worth.

I have had a £650.00 tile delivery this morning and subsequently found a box with several tiles damaged in it. I rang the Kidderminster store to flag up my issue to which I was told they would replace and had the same batch number in store, I went to pick them up and on arrival was told they need the damaged ones, this was not communicated to me in… the phone call, I was annoyed at this as the lack in communication was not clear and I had had a wasted journey, which obviously didn't matter to the assistant manager. I was frustrated and started to use the f word which I stopped myself

Omg!!! What can I say??... Tile choice at Cannock should be very proud of their staff. Jean dealt with us on 2 occasions. Firstly she helped with showcasing some very high end floor tiles, giving us an honest opinion on the match with a kitchen door we had brought in with us. After giving us the quote we left to ponder. We returned again and she remembered us personally. She gave us excellent service quickly, effiently and professionally. All sorted and delivery organise. Brilliant service on a personal level.
