Traditional Windows workshops are a Joinery based in Honiton, Devon, we are designers, manufacturers, and installers of high quality Hardwood and Softwood traditional bespoke windows and doors, bi fold doors and Conservatories. We currently supply homeowners, builders and specifiers throughout the South West of England, Surrey, Hampshire and the home counties.
Drawing on many years of experience in the timber industry, we can offer you a full range of bespoke joinery, manufactured from sustainably sourced timber from local suppliers. Our experienced craftsmen manufacture individual units using traditional Joinery methods combined with with modern machinery and techniques for new installations, like for like replacements or an environmentally friendly alternative to PVCu.
Timber is currently in a renaissance period, partly due to it being more ecologically acceptable than other materials because it is renewable, and requires little energy to convert the raw material into the finished window.

From our fully equiped workshop in Honiton, Devon, we produce high quality bespoke joinery to order using sustainably sourced hardwood and softwood as required. Using traditional joinery and woodworking techniques, we mainly specialise in high quality timber windows and doors allthough other projects may also be undertaken on request.
Combining traditional joinery methods with modern techniques and furniture we can design, manufacture and install high performance flush and stormproof casements all at an affordable price. We can manufacture to your own specification, whether it be an individual design or a sympathetic reproduction required for a replacement in a conservation area.
A traditional timber sliding window with cord and lead weights. Available in a variety of frame styles with numerous glazing options. Whether matching sympathetically to original feature windows or supplying new build projects, our traditional designs can really enhance the look of a property. Our spring balance sash wooden windows are designed to slide vertically (for opening & ventilation) with a tilt back facility (for cleaning).
At Traditional Windows we also carry out Sash Window Replacement & Renovation. If you wish to repair or replace your existing Box Sash windows then we can provide a full service to suit your requirements. Drawings and Measurements will be made of the existing windows new exact replacement units will be produced at our factory in Devon.
Here at our Traditional Honiton Joinery we manufacture a wide range of Oak structures, from casement windows to Oak beam buildings. They are manufactured to suit your requirements using traditional carpentry. The Oak we use is European Oak from sustainable sources, for our joinery we use kiln dried and air dried oak, and Green Oak for our Oak beam Buildings.
