Unreliable and unprofessional. Kim let me down literally at the last minute as she was coming to measure up my windows, on the basis that she could not park outside my house in Worthing. She told me that they don't take on jobs where they cannot park outside the house. She was huffing, puffing & was completely unapologetic as she was driving about in my vicinity. It was a seriously lame excuse for not wanting to walk 2 minutes. In 30yrs of using various trades, this is a first. I suggest that people should trust their instincts at first contact, I wish I had.

Whilst this review is not related to the service of "The Blind Lady"'s services it is more related to how she uses the road.
Whilst using Ford Road in Arundel you seem to think that you have right of way or as in your words "It my F##king right of way" to oncoming traffic that has already committed to passing parked cars.
It's just a suggestion that maybe for the benefit of your company that you don't shout out of the window swearing at other road users whilst driving a van promoting your company.
