Company owner: Jamie Anderson
Address: (known but will wait to reveal until my own police investigation into fraud has been concluded).
He has scammed a lot of people, including elderly ladies and single mother etc.
My own personal experience:
He took the best part of £1.5k for a deposit for shutters that were meant to be fitted in early August 2024. Received communication that our order had been placed and was ready for shipment a few days later. After 9 weeks of waiting we received an email explaining that our shipment was stuck citing the Red Sea conflict and that there will be a delay for a further 4 weeks. Since then had no contact from and all forms of communication were shut (ie no replys to emails, Phone line for business/ personal mobile are dead etc).
I have now found out that the business is going to be liquidated like the other 6 companies he/his partner (Miss Claudine Baker) have formed in the last several years.
My aim is to get my own money back .....but at the very least I'm going to make sure this guy never trades again. Please share this on all social media platforms citing this guys name and business in the Brighton and Henfield area).

First came across Shutters of London in our last house when Jamie advised us that he could fit a 'perfect fit' blind into a non-standard opening, which two other shutter companies said was not possible. We were beyond chuffed with how fantastic our french doors looked! On the back of this we have recently moved house and Jamie and his team have already fitted several shutters for us. The service we have received has always been impeccable. We wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Jamie’s team have just fitted shutters in 17 windows in our brand new house. We literally couldn’t be happier! Friendly, efficient and very professional set up and the shutters look insane! Great family business, local to Sussex. Exceptional prices for shutters - they undercut all other company quotes by £100s. Their fitter, Max, was very skilled and determined to finish the job for me that he stayed until nearly 10pm to get the job done. He even managed to charm my grumpy cat! The shutters look great and I'm very pleased to have found this company.
