I asked matt to replace my Mum's backdoor as it had dropped and she struggled to open and close it with her hands due to her age

Excellent customer service! After an awful experience with another local company Matthew was like a breath of fresh air.He has excellent communication skills,was very professional and punctual.A winning combination in my opinion.Plus he just gives honest advice and gets the job done.After waiting nearly 3 weeks for the other company to fix the damaged window handle and locking system Matthew completed the job in less than a day.I contacted him yesterday and the job is all done by late morning today which I am very pleased with.Such an efficient service. He even replaced my front door handle too

Very pleased! Cannot recommend Matt enough on any type of window, door etc work. Recently the team did a great job on our Porch, plus sorted out our kitchen door lock that no else managed to do (successfully) and replaced all the glass in our conservatory. Wonderful clean job. Very patient and respectful with the older generation replacing glass panes for my parents. True professional.
