Kevin F Crowley & Co are a local Halifax based firm of Chartered Surveyors with a wealth of over 30 years experience in surveying and valuing all manner of residential properties from country manor houses to the humble back to back. Please note, even when buying a house with a mortgage, the mortgage valuation/survey must not be relied upon.
For business owners (or potential business owners) we survey all types of shops, offices, warehouses, and factories. We unfortunately no longer value commercial properties. If you are looking for a Commercial Survey or Industrial Survey for your business property Kevin F. Crowley Ltd offer a Commercial surveying service in and around the Halifax, Huddersfield, and Bradford areas.
We also carry out Schedules of Condition if you are contemplating a lease or for Landlords, if the lease is coming to an end and the property has been neglected, we can carry out Schedules of Dilapidation. We can advise on the terms of the lease to see if they are fair and just, or whether there are certain obligations that should be removed from the proposed lease, particularly if say, it is an old building.

Brilliant service from Kevin F Crawley Ltd.
The Home Buyers Survey report was so thorough and worth every penny. Unfortunately for us, the property in question flagged up further issues however, if we wouldn't have had such an in depth and detailed report, we could have been in a mess!!
