Over 3 months for a small door glass replacement and despite 8 calls no glass, no call back, no customer service! The fact that as a customer I’ve spent something like 14k over many years I don’t seem to be worth the effort of responding. As I’m due a new conservatory in the future I know who not to call

If I could have awarded 6 stars or more, I would happily have done so. Diamond recently completed a fairly big job for us. Kitchen re-design and relocation within the property. Dining room, "old" kitchen & conservatory all knocked through into 1 large open space and extension to the back of the property also added to make it really nice big area. From the first consultation with Gary, through to full completion the service, advice, support, communication and quality of work has been exceptional. Ricky project managed the building work and was on-site every 2 or 3 days and then Gary project managed

From the initial contact to completion, my review is 100% positive, 100%.
Initial contact had us meet Mark Simmonds whose advice and knowledge was absolutely first class. He pointed out suggestions which we never considered and all were brilliant. We agreed a price for all windows, and I have to say, there was no pressure at all to sign up. Next we had a visit from the surveyor who was superb and then an installation date was agreed . The fitters, Andy and Rob were brilliant and so, s o clean and tidy, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. They were a fantastic

Very high standard of the service provided. The original installation date was postponed due to the covid shutdown, however the company maintained the contact and replied to emails without delays. The fitters: Rich and Tony were incredibly good at sticking to the covid guidelines during the install e.g. maintain distance, disinfection after the work was completed. Very professional, tidy and friendly. Self-sufficient and know their job. Highly recommended. Absolutely hassle free.

Had our warm room completed by diamond windows. the project was managed throughout by Ricky. the builders did an excellent job, no contractors, good workman ship, great sense of humour and very respectful. No problem too big. A big thank you to Ricky and his staff for coming round and moving our very heavy sofa into our warm room -

The director turned up on time to the appointment this is the only reason i can offer a one star review
I can only say the guy bored me to death, didn't know anything about the products we discussed with him and proceeded to call the manufacturers whilst in front of us.
I could not wait to get this guy out of my property clearly un skilled and did not know what he he is selling, how can he run a business is beyond me !
After he came off the phone from the manufactures, he said that I will call you back and confirm the correct details via email.
He never did send this email, and this is now
