I used Ecologic as they were the only company when I was ringing around for quotes, who explained 'why'. EG why some companies offer a warranty on the frame, but shorter warranty on glass and door lock/handles, why the same trade frame is less or more expensive from different companies etc and the difference between the different glass. So for the first time I felt I could make an informed decision about replacement UPVC, which is important given that UPVC replacements are not cheap and I want it to last.
