My mother has been using Mark and his guys for problems she's had with her Windows and conservatory for the past year or so. She lost her husband in 2018 and finding tradesmen she can trust and rely on isn't easy. Mark and his team have been nothing but brilliant and although she doesn't know we are writing this I just want to say a BIG thank you from us.

We contacted Mark because we have had water seeping in through the panels on a (fairly old) balcony door. He rang us at home and sent two of his staff the same day to look and advise. They gave my husband some suggestions of how he might be able to DIY fix the problem, in order to save money, but of course call them back if this did not work. How refreshing to have a) such prompt attention and b) to deal with a company that doesn't plunge straight in to take your money! If the door DOES still leak, or if we have any other problems with windows or other doors, Mark has just gained a new customer
