Vesta are a Main Contractor based in Central London, operating nationwide. We work with Architects, Building Surveyors and Managing Agents to achieve internal and external refurbishments. Vesta was established in 1996 as a specialist faade restoration company named DG Stone.
Having experienced steady growth for nearly 25 years, we have expanded to operate as a Main Contractor capable of executing contracts up to the value of 3m, with DG Stone operating as a specialist external restoration department within the group.Our management team consists of a RIBA Chartered Architect (Arch RIBA), RICS Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) and others qualified as Members of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).
We realise our client's objective by working as a team and combining our qualified technical knowledge with years of experience. We can provide a comprehensive service and will remain present at all stages of the RIBA Plan of Works, assisting with initial buildability advice and budget costs including site inspections and repair schedules, completing the works under contract and carrying out future maintenance works.

Ricky established Vesta over 20 years ago with 10 years experience working as a Commercial Manager for a Main Contractor in London. Now, he oversees the senior management team ensuring he is fully appraised of each project as it progresses. Jack was a Contract Administrator for 5 years before joining Vesta as a Director of the Surveying department.
We provide competitive tenders for Designers including Architects and Building Surveyors. We also work with Local Authorities, Estate Managers and Agents to carry out refurbishment projects as a direct instruction. We understand that each client is different and operates to their own work philosophy.
Vesta have vast experience in the internal refurbishment of modern, traditional and listed buildings. Our Senior Management Team has experience on consultancy and construction side, both producing detailed Specifications of Work and carrying out works specified by other professional designers for Section 20 common parts and Category A office refurbishments.

It has been a pleasure supplying Fausto and the folk at Vesta with our authetic cast iron daisy 10x7 inch grilles for their renovation of the fabulous grade listed property - the Lowdens Square building in London.
